Important: This page states the terms for using the Inov8ing website. It is not the collaboration agreement, revenue-sharing agreement, employment contract, intellectual-property assignment, or investment agreement. Those arrangements are governed by their own signed documents.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Inov8ing website, application forms, information pages, and related website features (together, the "Website").
In these Terms, "Inov8ing," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Inov8ing, an early-stage, online-first initiative. "You" means any person who visits or uses the Website.
By using the Website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Where a specific action requires separate consent or a separate agreement, these Terms do not replace that requirement.
2. What Inov8ing Is
Inov8ing is an early-stage, online-first initiative intended to bring together people with different skills and experience to learn through practical work, collaborate on digital projects, create content, develop software and AI-enabled products, and explore business opportunities.
The Website provides information about the initiative and a way to submit an application or partnership enquiry. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in a separate written agreement, using the Website or submitting an application does not make you a member, employee, contractor, partner, agent, shareholder, or owner of Inov8ing.
Inov8ing is an early-stage, online-first initiative and is not presented as a registered company.
3. Eligibility and Applicants Under 18
People with different experience levels may express interest, including beginners. A portfolio is not required for beginner applicants, although applicants may provide examples of previous work if they have them.
There is no intended skills-based exclusion merely because a person is new to AI or digital work. However, the ability to submit an expression of interest does not mean every applicant is eligible for every project or agreement.
People under 18 may be able to submit an expression of interest, subject to the Website's age-screening process. An applicant under 18 must not be treated as having entered a binding collaboration, financial, intellectual-property, or other agreement unless the required legal capacity, parental/guardian authorization, supervision, and other safeguards have been confirmed under applicable law. Certain projects or access permissions may be limited to adults.
We may request age confirmation or other proportionate information where necessary to assess eligibility. Do not submit identity documents unless we specifically request them through a suitable, secure process.
4. Applications and Selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, an interview, membership, a project assignment, access to tools, mentorship, leadership responsibility, revenue, employment, or any other outcome.
We may review applications based on factors such as: - skills and interests; - experience level; - stated availability and reliability; - communication and collaboration; - the needs and capacity of a particular team or project; - eligibility, safety, and verification requirements.
We may contact shortlisted applicants by email, phone, or a meeting service such as Google Meet. We may request clarification, place a suitable applicant on a waiting list, decline an application, or close an application process when capacity is reached.
Applicants must provide truthful and reasonably complete information. We may reject or close an application if information appears materially false, misleading, fraudulent, or submitted on someone else's behalf without permission.
Application handling and personal information are also governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Free Membership Application and Available Resources
There is no membership or application fee for the ordinary collaboration application process described on the Website.
This does not mean that every tool, device, subscription, internet connection, course, expense, or other resource will be supplied to every applicant or member. Access to tools and resources depends on availability, project needs, permissions, budget, and any applicable written agreement.
Do not pay anyone who claims that a fee is required to submit an ordinary Inov8ing collaboration application unless Inov8ing has separately and verifiably announced a legitimate paid offering. Report suspicious payment requests using contact@inov8ing.io.
6. Collaboration Is Separate from Website Use
If an applicant is selected, the next steps may include receiving a collaboration agreement, reviewing its terms, accepting it through the approved process, completing onboarding, and then being added to a relevant team group or considered for project work.
The specific rights and duties of a member are governed by the separate documents actually presented and accepted for that arrangement. These may include a collaboration agreement, project brief, revenue-sharing schedule, confidentiality terms, intellectual-property terms, or other project-specific terms.
These Website Terms do not, by themselves: - appoint you to a project; - promise a minimum number of tasks or hours; - promise a salary, fixed payment, clients, revenue, or profit; - grant company shares, equity, ownership, or decision-making rights; - transfer ownership of your work or Inov8ing's work; - establish the exact revenue percentage or cost deductions for any project.
If two documents conflict, the order of precedence must be stated in the applicable signed or accepted agreement. Do not assume that a Website statement overrides a later, properly executed project agreement.
7. Revenue Opportunities and No Guarantee of Earnings
Inov8ing may explore project-based revenue-sharing opportunities. Where such an arrangement is offered, the participating contributors, eligible revenue, permitted cost deductions, allocation method, reporting, payment timing, term, and exit consequences must be set out in the applicable written agreement before the relevant work begins.
The Website's description of the general model is informational and is not a promise that a particular project will earn money. A project may generate no revenue. Audience growth, platform monetization, customer demand, sales, funding, and product success are not guaranteed.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the Website does not promise: - a guaranteed income or return; - a guaranteed number of projects or hours; - a guaranteed share of company-wide revenue; - an equal revenue split among contributors; - an investment return or repayment; - automatic ownership or equity.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to cancel an amount already due under an applicable agreement or to remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Investor and Resource Partnership Enquiries
Inov8ing may accept enquiries from people interested in funding a specific project, supplying tools or resources, or discussing a wider investment or resource partnership.
Submitting an enquiry is only a request to discuss a possible arrangement. It is not an investment offer, acceptance of funds, loan agreement, partnership agreement, promise of repayment, promise of profit, or grant of equity.
No funds, assets, subscriptions, or resources should be transferred on the assumption that an enquiry has been accepted. Any proposed investment or resource arrangement requires separate written terms, due diligence where appropriate, and legal review before either side commits.
Do not send payment card details, passwords, private keys, or other highly sensitive credentials through the Website's enquiry form.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: - use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or harmful activity; - submit information that you know is false or that impersonates another person; - attempt to access restricted admin pages, application records, accounts, servers, or systems without authorization; - probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Website or its security; - upload malware or attempt to bypass verification, access controls, or rate limits; - scrape, copy, or harvest personal information about applicants or other users without authorization; - use the Website to distribute spam, unsolicited marketing, scams, or malicious links; - infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights; - misuse Inov8ing's name, branding, or identity in a way that falsely suggests authorization or endorsement.
We may restrict access, block submissions, preserve relevant records, or refer suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
10. Information You Submit
You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share any portfolio links, work samples, or other materials you provide.
Do not submit confidential information belonging to a current or former employer, client, school, or another person unless you have permission to do so. Do not include passwords, private access tokens, financial account credentials, or unrelated sensitive information in an application.
You retain any rights you already hold in materials you submit, subject to any separate permission you expressly grant. Submitting an application does not automatically transfer ownership of your portfolio, pre-existing work, ideas, code, or other intellectual property to Inov8ing.
You permit Inov8ing to use the information and materials you submit only as reasonably necessary to receive, review, verify, and respond to your application or enquiry, administer the Website, and carry out purposes explained in the Privacy Policy. Any broader use requires an appropriate legal basis or separate permission.
11. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Unless a page or asset says otherwise, the Website's original text, visual design, branding, logos, graphics, and other content are owned by or used with permission by Inov8ing.
You may view the Website and share links to its public pages for lawful, informational purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of Website content or branding without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Names, logos, software, services, and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not necessarily imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Any ownership or licensing of work created during a collaboration is governed by the applicable separate written agreement, not by this section alone.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may link to or use third-party services, including email, meeting, analytics, hosting, form, or communication providers. Those services may have their own terms, privacy notices, availability limits, and security practices.
Inov8ing does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content or practices. A link does not automatically mean Inov8ing endorses the linked service. You should review the relevant provider's terms and privacy information before using it.
The Website or a third-party service may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We will take reasonable steps to operate the Website, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
13. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Website collects, why it is collected, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and how to make a privacy-related request.
Read the Privacy Policy before submitting an application.
Privacy contact: contact@inov8ing.io.
14. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general information are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise that every page will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or available at every time.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep public information accurate and current. However, descriptions of planned projects, future opportunities, internal targets, possible resources, or potential leadership opportunities describe intentions or possibilities, not guaranteed results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inov8ing is not responsible for losses arising solely from your inability to access the Website, your reliance on an unconfirmed future opportunity, a third-party service's independent conduct, or information you chose to submit without having the right to share it.
This section does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Any limitation applicable to a separate collaboration, project, or investment arrangement must be addressed in that separate agreement and reviewed for enforceability.
16. Suspension and Changes to the Website
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.
We may reject or restrict submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide an explanation or contact route.
Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where a change materially affects an existing accepted agreement or requires renewed consent, we will use an appropriate notice or acceptance process rather than assuming that posting a new version changes every existing agreement.
17. Complaints and Contact
For questions about these Terms, Website problems, suspicious activity, or complaints, contact:
- Operator: Inov8ing, an early-stage, online-first initiative
- Email: contact@inov8ing.io
- Address, if required: Contact via email at contact@inov8ing.io
- Expected acknowledgement time: we aim to acknowledge requests promptly
No fixed acknowledgement deadline is promised.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections and any rules that determine which law or forum applies.
No court location or exclusive forum is named here.
We encourage users to contact us first so that ordinary Website complaints can be understood and, where appropriate, resolved informally. This does not remove any right to pursue a lawful remedy.
19. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not automatically mean that it has been waived.
You may not transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms in a way that violates applicable law. Inov8ing may transfer or reorganize operation of the Website only as permitted by law and without improperly removing rights that users have under applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any notices expressly incorporated for Website use, describe the terms for use of the Website. They do not replace separate agreements that govern membership, collaboration, work product, revenue sharing, or investment.
