Collaboration Model
Inov8ing is an early-stage, online collaboration initiative bringing together people with different skills and experience to learn by doing, create digital products and content, solve problems with AI, and build a business together through clearly agreed project arrangements.
What members do
Members contribute to workstreams including content and audience growth, AI products and automation, software and web applications, research and problem solving, marketing and distribution, and business operations. Assignments depend on current projects, experience, and team capacity.
What members gain
Practical project experience; learning and mentorship where available; access to selected resources where available and appropriate; portfolio opportunities where permitted; business-building experience; networking; and potential future leadership responsibilities for consistent contributors. None of these is guaranteed.
What members give
Honest information about skills and experience, a realistic time commitment that they honour for accepted tasks, clear communication, respect for teammates, and care for confidential information.
How decisions are made
The founder retains authority over company direction, finances, and organizational policies. Project teams may manage their assigned work within approved responsibilities and budgets. Applications are reviewed by the founder at launch.
How revenue sharing fits
Revenue sharing is project-based and defined in writing before work begins. See the detailed revenue-sharing explanation and the collaboration agreement summary.
Joining, leaving, and groups
Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Only accepted applicants who complete the applicable agreement and onboarding steps may be added to a team group — the website never adds applicants to groups automatically. The proposed leaving rule is seven days' notice, subject to the final written agreement and applicable law.
